Exhibitor details
Exhibition opening times.
The below times may vary slightly as the program is developed.
The exhibition hall will be open from 7:00 am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday if you wish to make appointments to meet with delegates privately before the start of the conference sessions.
You will have access to delegates throughout each day of the conference, however specific times outside of the conference sessions will be as follows:
Thursday: 10:00am to 10:30am
Thursday: 12:10pm to 1:00pm
Thursday: 3:15pm to 3:45pm
Friday: 10:00am to 10:30am
Friday: 12:10pm to 1:00pm
Friday: 3:15pm to 3:45pm
Saturday: 7:30am to 8:45am – Vitality Breakfast
Saturday: 10:00am to 10:30am
Saturday: 12:10pm to 1:00pm
It is an expectation that all exhibition booths remain fully operational and open until the official bump-out time commences. Any exhibitors found to be dismantling or packing down their booths before the designated time will be in violation of event guidelines and may risk their eligibility to secure a booth at future conferences.
Exhibitor floor plan
Exhibition booths will be located in the Grand Ballroom at Crown Perth where the morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and Vitality breakfast will be held.
An exhibition floor plan will be made available to exhibitors in the coming weeks.
Exhibitor manual
An exhibitor manual containing information on bump-in and bump-out times, furniture and additional product hire will be distributed to exhibitors and sponsors approximately three months prior to the conference.
